Overview: D. Kavitha, founder and managing partner of DK Advocate since 2009, is a Karnataka Bar Council–licensed advocate with over 15 years of experience. She specializes in Family Law, handling cases in Family, Civil, and High Courts, and has worked extensively on cross-border matters. Formerly, she served as a legal officer with the Karnataka State Human Rights Commission.
